Round 1
Video Day, the first round of recruitment events, is very casual. Potential members and Sorority
women normally wear a nice sun dress, shorts outfit, slacks or a skirt.
Round 2
Each potential new member will be provided a t-shirt to wear for Philanthropy Day. This round is
very casual and you need to have clothes that you can move around and work in. We recommend
that you wear shorts (khaki, denim or whatever you prefer) with your t-shirt.
Round 3
Because the skits are slightly more serious that Philanthropy and Video Day, your attire should be
a little “dressier” than the outfits that you have worn on the previous days. A long skirt, casual
dress, or pants set are appropriate for these events.
Round 4
This is the dressiest round of recruitment. A nice cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Round 5
Bid Day, the final day of the formal recruitment process, is when each woman joining goes to her
new sorority chapter for a full day of activities! New members usually wear khaki or nice jean
shorts on Bid Day.
